Thick-Cut Butter Toast — A simple yet satisfying dish featuring our fluffy, house-baked thick-cut pain de mie, served with whipped cream& sea salt, caramel sauce.
Ricotta & Tomato Toast — Topped with homemade ricotta cheese with marinated tomatoes, finished with balsamic sauce, honey for a sweet & tangy balance.
“Fuji-no-suke” Salmon & Avocado Toast — A colorful toast with Yamanashi’s local Fuji-no-suke salmon, marinated, layered with avocado, red onion.

New Lunch Menu

Mixed Roast — A single plate featuring three types of roasts: Koshu local chicken, Koshu beef rump, Fuji Sakura pork.
Quiche Lorraine — A quiche made with house-baked pain de mie, topped with a crystal salad & crispy bacon.
